We have a reservation for your hotel between 25 July 2023 – 28 July 2023 and our
Itinerary # is 72530537478654.
We will be renting a car from the airport in Rome and we will be coming by car, we found out that the Hotel is in one of ZTL zones and there are restrictions to driving during the day and time that we are supposed to arrive.
How can we avoid the future bills? Is there any way to get permission as we are guests of your hotel?
