My name is Cristiana Marques, and I searched on your website the availability for 16-20 September 2022 for 2 adults and I’m interested in the offer of the standard double room, with breakfast included – 382,16€.
But I would like to know if this includes free cancellation due to covid-19 and the time of payment.
In March 2020 I had a trip booked to Rome, and the hotel at the time did not refund me and I lost the money. So, I’m careful this time.
Also, I would like to know if you have a transfer from and to the airport (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and the cost of it. I’m traveling with my mother, is her first airplane trip to the dream city of hers, so I would like to give her the best commodities possible.
