My name is Fernando Chavez, and I will be staying with you from September 24 to October 1 to celebrate my honeymoon. I’m reaching out to kindly request your assistance with a couple of matters.
We are planning to attend the Papal Audience on September 25. However, the tickets must be collected in person on September 24. As we will only be arriving in Rome that morning, I would greatly appreciate it if your concierge team could assist us by collecting the tickets on our behalf. I’ve included all the relevant details below for your reference.
Additionally, we are scheduled to arrive in Rome quite early around 6:00 AM on September 24. If possible, we would be extremely grateful if you could arrange for early check-in, as we will need to freshen up and get ready for the audience shortly after arrival.
