We are scheduled to arrive around 1:00–2:00 AM on our check-in day. Could you please confirm if a late check-in is possible and someone will be available at the property? Alternatively, do you offer self-check-in (e.g., code/keypad)?
Also, could you let us know if there is any additional charge for late check-in?
