Ciao! I have a reservation for 25/4 through 28/4. We will be arriving in Rome about 09:00 in the morning. When we arrive would it be possible to leave our bags with you even though it is before check-in time? Also, we stayed with you 5 years ago, and if I remember correctly when we arrive we need to “buzz” at the door, and tell you our name and that we have a reservation, correct?
