I am an independent travel agent and i have two clients coming to stay at your Imperium Novona Hotel on the 11th May for 2 nights. It is for their 21st birthdays (both of them, boyfriend and girlfriend) and was wondering if you could make their room a little bit special by maybe putting a birthday card in their room for them or some chocolates etc. Is this something you can do?
